    Additional Charges (If Applicable) Per Unit Cost Details & Description

    • Overweight Charge $0.16/pound

      If the weight of the debris disposed of exceeds the weight allotted to dumpster an additional charge of $.16 per pound overweight will be charged.

    • Labor Charge $75/hour

      If the labor exceeds the labor allowance a $75.00 per hour per laborer charge will be charged.

    • Rental Charge $65/week

      After Grace period of two weeks a rental charge of $65 per week will be invoiced.

    • Environmental/Fuel Charge 8.5%

      Attributed to overall costs to operate in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

    Massachusetts Waste Ban Items

    The Massachusetts D.E.P. has banned the following items from all landfills. If any of these waste ban items are placed in a dumpster the following per item handling charges apply from all Transfer & Recycling operations in the State of Massachusetts.

    • CRTs (Cathode Ray Tubes) $50

      Television and Computers. Rate is per item.

    • Mattresses $75

      Mattress (DTM) Difficult to Manage charge. Rate is per mattress.

    • Propane Tanks $50

      Rate is per tank.

    • Car Tires $50

      Rate is per tire.

    • Car Batteries $50

      Rate is per battery.

    • Appliances Containing Freon $50

      Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifiers etc.

    • White Goods $50

      Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher. Rate is per appliance.

    • Re-spotting $100

      If customer needs container moved from one spot to another on the same job site.

    • Relocation $200

      If customer needs container moved from one job site to another job site a charge of up to $200 will be applied.

    Prices Includes: Dumpster drop off, dumpster removal and disposal of general construction, and home debris

    Marks Disposal Demolition and Cleanouts Will Not Accept any asbestos, medical waste or any liquid waste (paint, oil, solvents, etc.) The disposal of hazardous or special wastes is strictly prohibited in our dumpsters. If any hazardous or special waste is found in the container, the container will be quarantined until such time as the container is made legal for disposal. All additional cost associated with hazardous and special waste will be the customer’s financial responsibility.
